Finding Journals at Gottesman Libraries
- To find specific academic journals held by Gottesman Libraries, navigate to Educat+. At the top of the window, click the second tab over called "Journal Search." You can make a direct search, or browse by category on the left column.
Finding Journals at Columbia University Libraries
- If Gottesman Libraries does not have a particular journal, check Columbia Universities Libraries catalog, CLIO. You can search specifically for E-Journal Titles by using the link in the left side bar. This is particularly useful if access to certain years of a journal is not available through Gottesman Libraries.

Nutrition Journals
- Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (CU)The Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the premier source for the practice and science of food, nutrition, and dietetics. The monthly, peer-reviewed journal presents original articles prepared by scholars and practitioners and is the most widely read professional publication in the field.
- Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior (CU)The Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior (JNEB), the official peer-reviewed journal of the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior, since 1969, serves as a global resource to advance nutrition education and behavior related research, practice, and policy. JNEB publishes original research, as well as papers focused on emerging issues, policies and practices broadly related to nutrition education and behavior.
- Appetite (CU)Appetite is an international research journal specializing in cultural, social, psychological, sensory and physiological influences on the selection and intake of foods and drinks. It covers normal and disordered eating and drinking and welcomes studies of both human and non-human animal behaviour toward food.
- The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (CU)A highly rated peer-reviewed, primary research journal in nutrition and dietetics, The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (AJCN) publishes the latest research on topics in nutrition, such as obesity, vitamins and minerals, nutrition and disease, and energy metabolism.
- The International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical ActivityInternational Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity (IJBNPA) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal offering high quality articles, rapid publication and wide diffusion in the public domain. IJBNPA is devoted to furthering the understanding of the behavioral aspects of diet and physical activity and is unique in its inclusion of multiple levels of analysis.
- Advances in Nutrition (CU)Advances in Nutrition is a bimonthly peer-reviewed medical journal publishing review articles in the field of nutrition science. It was established in 2010 and is published by the American Society for Nutrition.
- Food and Nutrition ResearchAs one of the first Open Access journals in its field, Food & Nutrition Research (FNR) offers an important forum for researchers to exchange the latest results from research on human nutrition broadly and food-related nutrition in particular.
