Welcome to the Applied Lingustics and TESOL Program Research Guide!

This guide provides resources to support the Applied Linguistics and TESOL program's goals to "build on a strong theoretical foundation in areas such as language acquisition, second language assessment, and language use through a teaching practica or by conducting applied research at our on-site education lab.

Where to Start Your Search

Federated search engines like the ones below are discovery tools that allow you to search across multiple resources and formats. Educat+ is Gottesman's search tool that includes the library catalog as well as most electronic resources the library makes available. CLIO is Columbia Libraries quicksearch tool to search across their physical and digital collections.
