Welcome to the Literacy Specialist Program Research Guide
This guide is intended to describe and provide access to resources and services in support of the Literacy Specialist program's objectives to help students "investigate individual literacy learning, group literacy learning, teacher development, community partnerships, institutional change, and other contemporary and political issues facing literacy education.

Where to Start Your Search
Federated search engines like the ones below are discovery tools that allow you to search across multiple resources and formats. Educat+ is Gottesman's search tool that includes the library catalog as well as most electronic resources the library makes available. CLIO is Columbia Libraries quicksearch tool to search across their physical and digital collections.
