Resources "Being Prepared" or "Sent"
Resources that are added to your list and marked “Complete,” typically journal articles and Ebooks found in a library resource search, will be visible to students as soon as your list is published.
Resources that are added to your list and marked “Being Prepared,” such as print books and some resources added by using the “Other Resources” form or the Cite It! tool, will require library processing and will not be visible to students until they are completed by the library:
When you publish your list, items “Being Prepared,” will change to “Sent,” indicating they have been sent to the library for processing (these labels are interchangeable and both can be seen by the library):
